Model ZZ Vacuum X-Ray Tube Vacuum Processor system is a complete system for the processing and repairing and filling of high-power tubes such as those for X-ray and CAT scan machines, high voltage generators and spherical tubes. It's mainly to do filtration, vacuum dry, vacuum oil filling, repair & maintenance, vacuum reservation of oil, vacuum filling/refilling tubes and so on.

The standard model ZZ Mainly with following available functions include:

Filtration of dielectric fluid for oil-filled tubes.

High-Vacuum drying the tube inside as well as tube housing/container.

Total acid number reduction of the oil with use of an optional fuller's earth filter.

Vacuum storage of processed fluid to prevent recontamination through exposure to air.

Vacuum pull-down and leak-up testing of the tube.

High-vacuum evacuation of the tube prior to filling.

Flush or trickle-fill of the tube with processed dielectric fluid under vacuuming.

Do the maintenance for the x ray tube, high generators and x ray monoblock.      

Apply for X-ray tubes, CT tubes, X-ray generators, HT generators, etc. Has already processed tubes and HT generators from Philips, GE, Siemens, Toshiba, Shimadazu, etc.
