Model ZLA series highly effective vacuum oil purifier is an appointed and customized product by China State Electric Power Corporation. The purifier adopts a high effective vacuum and the internationally advanced stereo-evaporation technology, which are also incorporated with a number of state-of-the-art patent technologies.
These technologies enable a highly effective removal of water, gas and impurity without switch off of power, shutdown of machine or change of oil which allows transformers running as energized. With these technologies, the oil's withstand voltage is increased and the oil quality is improved, which recovers the waste oil back to the specifications of new oil and at same time ensures the safe operation of power generation equipment.
Features:
1) A unique gas/water removal system adopting stereo-evaporation technology, which rapidly separates the water and gas content in the oil and the system, is free of maintenance.
2) A superior purification system with top quality filter core, which can accommodate large quantity of dirt and is dandified progressively step by step. The core has got a high precision and multi-stage filtration
3) Safe, reliable heating system and optimized piping design ensure that there is no “dead angle” and oil is completely subjected to purification.
4) Purifiers are equipped with an interlocked safety protective device. I.E, backflow of A oil outlet over pressure can be achieved via an overflow valve, B oil inlet will interlock with heating system which avoids any possible negative impacts caused by mal-operation.
5) An advanced infrared liquid level control system, which regulates automatically oil in and out, achieving a real separation of manual operation from a machine.
6) Precision oil pumps for designated purpose are used, which have low noise and environmental regulatory compliance is well met.
7) Transformer oil of any grades can be treated at a job site as energized.
