Model JYC Used Oil Series Centrifuge Purification Plant

Application:
Model JYC Oil Purification Centrifugal machine which is mainly used for purifying heavy fuel oil, diesel engine oil series from ships and land power stations including turbines, power plant, trucks, mechanical industrial oils and also for regenerating lubricating oils, can speedily separate out moistures and harmful impurities from oil liquids, thus to prolong service life of machines and to assure normal operation. It’s also fittable for high viscosity type of oil series such as gear oil, heavy fuel, diesel oil, bunker fuel, boiler fuel oil, etc.  

Working Principle:
Take principles of different sedimentation velocities caused by different densities and mutual insoluble phases (light, heavy, and solids) in centrifugal force field and gravity field to achieve the purpose of layering the light, heavy, and solid phases. It is called gravity separation in gravity field, while centrifugal separation in centrifugal force field.

Gravity Separation:

Mixed liquids in a sedimentation basin, dense solid particles subside slowly by gravity, the liquids turn into clear finally, while thin liquids rise to the top. Gravity separation takes much time, occupies much area, especially when density difference is very small and the viscosity is high, separation will be difficult. 

Centrifugal Separation:

Mixed liquids inside a vertiginous bowl, multi-component of different densities form a ring by centrifugal force. Solid particles of largest density move outward to gather round at the wall of the bowl, and liquid of thin density move inward. As the centrifugal force is much higher than the gravity, the centrifugal separation will take much less time to gain results of gravity separation.
